What personal data we process
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not load content from third-party services.
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide: typically your name, organisation, contact details and the content of your enquiry.
Our hosting provider automatically records technical server logs (such as IP address, time of visit and the page requested) to keep the service secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify visitors.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry information to respond to you and to prepare offers and deliveries. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in information security.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle the matter and any resulting customer relationship, and as required by accounting and other legislation. Correspondence that does not lead to a customer relationship is deleted when no longer needed.
Recipients and transfers
We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties for marketing. Data may be processed by our IT and hosting service providers on our behalf. Data is stored within the EU/EEA.
